COURSE

OVERVIEW.

Ground Penetrating Radar for Utility Mapping

The Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for Utility Mapping training course is aimed at the equipment user and at individuals and companies interested in developing subsurface mapping experience and locating buried underground utilities.

By understanding the subsurface environment prior to any excavation or drilling, you will be able to make vital decisions and avoid utility damage.

This is an internationally accredited course, that will develop your utility detection confidence and knowledge.

Why attend the GPR for Utility Detection Training Course?

By attending Blue Hat’s Ground Penetrating Radar for Utility Mapping training course you will have a portfolio with evidence that demonstrates that you have gained the necessary knowledge to effectively use GPR systems, that you have learned how to carry out and record an Underground Utility Mapping Survey and that you are able to identify and position a gridded system to allow the use of GPR for utility detection. You will also demonstrate that you fully understand the benefits and limitations of Ground Penetrating Radar.

We can also create a bespoke training course to suit your needs, combining Utility Mapping with product training, data post-processing or EML training. Contact us for more information.
